OUTREACH INITIATIVES
We have three primary outreach initiatives:
Our goal is to highlight the vast array of research that students can do within STEM. Graduate students discuss their research in an accessible and engaging format to get students excited about scientific research.

Our goal is to promote research science as a career option for students, especially those who are under-represented in STEM. Graduate students discuss how they became a scientist to educate students on this path and reduce the barrier to getting involved in research.

We participate in and host science outreach events, like science fairs, during the year. Graduate students lead fun, hands-on activities for students to demonstrate concepts from psychology and neuroscience.
